How We Guide Your Claim
Emergency Mitigation & Safety
We deploy fast tarping and temporary dry‑ins, secure loose materials, and set up water diversion to protect interiors—documenting all mitigation for your carrier from day one.
Inspection & Photo Documentation
A thorough roof and attic assessment with photo and video evidence captures hail bruising, wind creases, displaced shingles, soft metal impacts, gutter dents, and collateral damage—mapped by slope and elevation.
Claim Filing Support
We help you contact your carrier, obtain a claim number, and review policy terms (ACV vs. RCV, deductibles, ordinance or law coverage, exclusions) so expectations and next steps are clear.

Working With Your Adjuster
We attend the adjuster meeting, present findings, and align scope so approved work restores your roof to pre‑loss condition—or better—under current codes.
On‑Site Adjuster Meeting
Our team walks test squares, marks hail hits, shows lifted or torn shingles, documents vent and flashing damage, and reviews collateral impacts on gutters, downspouts, and soft metals.
Supplements & Code Upgrades
If required items are missing—flashing replacement, high‑temp underlayment at valleys, ventilation balancing, decking repairs—we submit supplements with photos, measurements, and code references.
Scope & Estimate Alignment
We reconcile line items with platform standards (e.g., Xactimate), confirming necessary components like starter, ridge, drip edge, underlayment type, ventilation, and local permit fees.
Mortgagee & HOA Coordination
We guide lender endorsement of checks, supply HOA/ARC submittals for color and material approvals, and handle city permitting to keep the process moving.
What Your Policy Terms Mean
Understanding key terms avoids surprises and helps you plan payments around insurer timelines and project milestones.
ACV vs. RCV
ACV pays the current value minus depreciation; RCV includes recoverable depreciation released after work is completed and invoiced per carrier rules.
Deductible
Your deductible is paid by you and cannot be waived under Texas law; we structure invoices to reflect carrier requirements and your policy terms.
Depreciation Release
Completion photos, final invoices, and compliance documents trigger your carrier to release withheld depreciation (and any eligible overhead and profit).
Ordinance or Law Coverage
If included, this helps pay for code‑required upgrades such as drip edge, ventilation, underlayment, and enhanced fastening that weren’t part of the original roof.
Matching & Appearance
Some policies address matching for adjacent slopes or elevations; we advise on manufacturer options and help document when repairs won’t reasonably match.
Non‑Covered Maintenance
Wear, age, and prior workmanship defects are typically excluded; we separate those items so your claim remains credible while offering owner‑paid options.
Our Roofing & Restoration Process
Once scope and funding are approved, we schedule and execute the build with clear communication, property protection, and clean closeout.
Material Selection & Scheduling
You’ll choose shingle or metal profiles, colors, and accessories; we confirm lead times, coordinate around weather, and set expectations for start and duration.
Build Day & Property Protection
Landscape and driveway protection, magnetic nail sweeps, daily dry‑in targets, and supervised crews ensure a safe site and orderly progress.
Closeout & Warranty
Final inspection, photo documentation, workmanship and manufacturer warranty registration, and completion certificates support your depreciation release and future peace of mind.
